Questionnaire for synopsis of The Forgotten Truth

This is the synopsis that questionnaire participants read before taking part.

The film starts off with a man, Damian looking at a photo of a woman who is his wife, Lily (its a wedding photo).
There are small flashbacks of Damian and Lily together, talking and embracing.
He then says he will find her and she isn't forgotten.The film then switches to a vision of the woman speaking to the man saying all is not lost and that she isn't far away.
Same scene of his wife getting beaten up from earlier but you see that it's him doing it.
Damian then sets off in search of his wife by walking down a corridor, following shadowy figures with her back turned to him then the screen darkens. (then the screen comes back to a different location in his mind) his wife is not there. But there are fast flickers of her presence, that go into her being beaten up and killed. But you don't see who it is.

Damian then follows Lily into a room and goes through the door where he sees Lily and she's stood next to Doctor, he looks at the table and sees a file. There are snippets of information saying that he killed his wife and he's got bipolar/schizophrenia.

Damian never left the mental home and it goes back to reality. He goes under his bed and pull out a knife. Close up Knife on shot then goes off shot and comes back on covered in blood, to show he has stabbed himself. 

Damian is dead, blood on his hand that goes onto the photo of Lily and then the audience sees a tear of blood run down Damian's face and onto the face of his wife on the photo

From this questionnaire we as a group were able to see what we would need to do to improve our storyline.

1. Most people who took part in our questionnaire picked the right genre for the film. This means that we as a group were able to inform the audience that The Forgotten Truth will be a psychological thriller.
2.Most of the people believed that our film should be rated a 15. As this what the audience believes I will relook into the certificate rating of our film as it stands at a 12A and not a 15.
3.I was very pleased to find out that most of the target audience understood what was happening within the film and that they were willing to watch the final film.
4.When we asked the participants what they liked about the film most said that the twist at the end which is where Damian kills himself was very creative and would be entertaining for the audience.
5. Our target audience was very optimistic as they believed that our film might be shown in local cinemas. This will not happen but, it will be shown on sites such as YouTube.
