Voiceover example

We needed a voice over in order for our film to make more sense to the audience. As our story line is quite complex and similar to Shutter island (which makes the plot slightly confusing) we decided that by having a voice over added to our short film, in Damion's voice it would create an easier story to follow.

Lover -short film with voice over

This short film includes a voice over which discusses his time with his former lover, which would be similar to ours as our main character is looking for his girlfriend and narrates this throughout. 

Voice overs could include:

• The main characters voice narrating what's happening during the film
• The main characters thoughts
• A mention of the film title eg-The Forgotten Truth
• A mention of where the setting is to give the audience a clue to where the main character is speaking from
• What the main characters aim is/what he's looking for in the film
• A realisation at the end, as he discovers what's happened
