Damion could start off with frantic breathing at the start of the audio
You could then hear and old conversation with Lily and Damion as the film shows him in bed looking at the picture-

Damion: I'm so happy with you
Then this could change to Damion's voice alone:
Damion It was all great at first, we met in the summer. The sun shone, everyone was smiling and she was my everything. But then the appointments started. 3 a week at least, schizophrenia bi polar, they couldn't tell me which I was or why. They didn't know why I had this illness and neither did I. But I wanted to get over it, I wanted to get over it so I could be with Lily forever.

Damion: But then she started arguing, complaining about everything I did. As if I wasn't upset enough with myself, I had her there criticizing my every move
